Dr. Jan Visser

in the area of learning technologies and educational communication.

From 1990 till the end of 1993 he was Head of the UNESCO Sub-Regional
Office for Southern Africa in Harare, Zimbabwe.
From 1977 to 1989 he worked in Mozambique as:

Dr. Visser's earlier careers include
documentary film maker (Lebanon, The Netherlands),
science teacher trainer in Botswana (UNESCO project for
in-service teacher training at a distance),
theoretical physicist, researcher (involvement in
teaching of science and educational development during different
periods), and work in Israel and The Netherlands.
